PLEASE NOTE: You will need to pick both your glitter color AND thread color (for "mom" and any name on the sleeve). If no color is picked, it will be the same as the stock photo (black and white).
- I am a handmade, made to order, personalized small business and because of this, I do not offer refunds. In certain cases, shop credit may be offered but it is up to STITCHED by Taiylor and will depend on the reason a refund is requested.
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed for a full return. If you have exceeded that time frame, your order can not be cancelled. You can exchange for another shop item or store credit.
PROCESSING AND SHIPPING:
My current turnaround time is 3-4 weeks. Please keep in mind that my turnaround time is subject to change with an increase in orders and other reasons that may impact me as a small business. As always, I try to ensure faster turnaround times but cannot promise them.
All items are made to order and once they are shipped, you will receive an email with confirmation and tracking number. Your order will typically arrive within 3-5 days after shipping.
