Refund policy

  • STITCHED by Taiylor is not responsible for products after they have been washed the first time.
  • I am a handmade, made to order, personalized small business and because of this, I do not offer refunds.  In certain cases, shop credit may be offered but it is up to STITCHED by Taiylor and will depend on the reason a refund is requested.
  • If you should need to cancel your order within 24 hours, you will be responsible for the cost to restock the sweatshirt (if already ordered).  I do not keep my own inventory and would need to return to my supplier.
  • If you ordered the incorrect size/style of shirt and I have already placed the order for your shirt, you will need to pay for a new shirt to be ordered since everything is made to order and I do not keep inventory.
  • If something is wrong with your order, please email me so that, together, we can determine the best next moves.
