Shipping policy

My current turnaround time for embroidery is approximately 2-3 weeks from order day and 2 weeks for vinyl.  Please keep in mind that my turnaround time is subject to change with an increase/decrease in orders and other reasons that may impact me as a small business.

All items are made to order and once they are shipped, you will receive an email with confirmation as well as a tracking number.  Your order will typically arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping.

TAT does NOT include shipping time.  Shipping time is in addition to the TAT (turn around time).

I cannot be held responsible for lost/stolen packages once I drop them off with the post office.

LOCAL PICKUP POLICY: Orders must be picked up within 7 days of being marked ready for pickup. After 7 days, a shipping invoice will be sent. If shipping is not paid within 7 days, the order will be considered abandoned and may be donated, disposed of, or otherwise removed without refund.
