What is your current turn around time?

Current TAT is 2-3 weeks from the day of your order. If you ordered a keepsake, the TAT is 1-2 weeks from the day I receive your keepsake item(s).

How do I submit a custom order?

Please keep in mind that sometimes custom orders will have a one time digitizing fee of $8-20 per design, to take your idea and turn it into an embroidery design.

Do you offer returns?

No. I am a custom, made-to-order shop - therefore I do not accept returns. In the case that you received the wrong item or I did something incorrectly on my end, I will pay for you to ship the item back to me so I can make it right.

Do you embroider on items that I supply?

It depends on the item(s). If I decide it's an item I feel comfortable embroidering on, you will be required to sign a liability waiver. I will not work on your item(s) until that waiver is signed and returned back to me.

Do you embroider hats?

Yes. I currently have a whole section for hats. If you need a custom design, please fill out the contact form or email stitchedbytaiylor@gmail.com

Can you embroider my logo?

Yes. There is always a one time digitizing fee for new logos/customs. This fee ranges from $8-20 depending on size, location, and complexity. This is a one time fee which allows me to turn your logo into an embroidery file, which can then be used on the item(s) of your choice. Once the logo is created into an embroidery file, you are free to use it however many times you would like.
