  • What is the turn around time?

    The current TAT for embroidery is approximately 4 business week and for vinyl DTF printing the TAT is 7-10 business days.

  • How do I submit a custom order?

    You can either fill out the form in the "Contact" section or you can email your custom request to stitchedbytaiylor@gmail.com

    Please keep in mind, custom orders will always have a one time digitizing fee of $8-20 to take your idea and turn it into an embroidery design.

  • Do you offer returns?

    No. These are custom, made-to-order items - therefore there will be no returns. In the case that you received the wrong items, I will pay for you to send the items back and ship you the correct items.

  • Can you embroider on items that I supply?

    It depends on the item(s). If I decide it’s an item I am willing to embroider on, you will be required to sign a liability waiver. I will not work on your item(s) until this form is signed and returned back to me.

  • Do you embroider hats?

    Yes. I currently have a whole section for hats. If you need a custom order, please fill out the contact form or email stitchedbytaiylor@gmail.com

  • Do you embroider logos?

    Yes. There is always a one time digitizing fee for logos/customs. This fee is $8-20 depending on size and location. This one time fee allows me to turn your logo/idea into an embroidery file which can then be stitched onto the item(s) of your choice.
