- I am a handmade, made to order, personalized small business and because of this, I do not offer refunds.  In certain cases, shop credit may be offered but it is up to STITCHED by Taiylor and will depend on the reason a refund is requested.

- If you should need to cancel your order, you must do so within 2 business days for a full refund.

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING:

My current turnaround time is 5-7 business days.  Please keep in mind that my turnaround time is subject to change with an increase in orders, wait times of ordering shirts, and other reasons that may impact me as a small business.

All items are made to order and once they are shipped, you will receive an email with confirmation and tracking number.  Your order will typically arrive within 3-5 days after shipping.
