STITCHED by Taiylorand will depend on the reason a refund is requested.
- If you should need to cancel your order and have already mailed your keepsake, you will be responsible for the return postage as well as the cost to restock the sweatshirt. I do not keep my own inventory and would need to return to my supplier.
PROCESSING AND SHIPPING:
My current turnaround time is 3-4 weeks. Please keep in mind that my turnaround time is subject to change with an increase in orders, wait times of ordering shirts, and other reasons that may impact me as a small business.
All items are made to order and once they are shipped, you will receive an email with confirmation and tracking number. Your order will typically arrive within 3-5 days after shipping.
